Recommended Databases
You may have to use several of the databases listed under the Databases tab above, depending on your specific topic. But the following databases offer solid, scholarly articles that will include information on most topics related to Geography.
Academic Search Complete
Provides full text for about 6,100 periodicals including over 5,100 peer-reviewed journals across most areas of academic study as well as indexing and abstracts for more than 10,000 magazines and journals.
- GEOBASE Available through FirstSearch. Contains citations with abstracts of periodicals on geography, ecology, and related disciplines.
